3. Payment Terms

All fees are payable as outlined in your service contract. We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, and other approved methods. Invoices are payable within the term specified. Late payments may result in delayed services or additional fees.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Written cancellations received more than 5 business days before the scheduled service: 100% refund (if pre-paid).
Less than 5 business days: 50% refund.
Less than 24 hours or no-show: No refund.

If Flight Refund Now cancels or reschedules a consultation, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.

5. Legal Responsibility and Liability

All services are performed with professional diligence in accordance with applicable laws. However, Flight Refund Now shall not be liable for business losses, indirect damages, or delays resulting from third-party delays or force majeure events.
